1. Scope
These terms cover the official OORT website, evaluation environment, and any online service directly provided by the operator. Self-hosted OpenORT installations are governed by their software licenses and by the organization operating that installation.
2. Service and evaluation
OORT may provide people, attendance, leave, approvals, expenses, payroll preparation, accounting, contracts, assets, automation, assistant, and MCP connection features. Calculations, reminders, documents, and AI results assist human review; they are not legal, labor, tax, or accounting advice.
The current public website is a product introduction only. General sign-up, paid subscriptions, product use, and self-hosted installation are not available.
3. Customer data
Organizations retain their rights in customer data and are responsible for lawful collection, notices, permissions, retention, and account administration. The operator processes hosted customer data only to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service as described in the authoritative terms and the Privacy Policy.
4. AI and external integrations
External AI and integrations are used only after the organization enables them and a user confirms the relevant data transfer. Users must review generated results before applying them to work decisions.
5. Responsibilities and service limits
Organizations manage users, roles, access, policies, and final business decisions. Users must protect credentials and use the service lawfully. The evaluation is provided for feature and installation testing and does not guarantee production availability or fitness for a particular operational purpose.
6. Governing law and the authoritative text
The complete terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If this summary differs from the Korean text, the Korean Terms of Service control.
